The Federal Lawyers' Regulations requires lawyers to
take out and maintain professional indemnity insurance. The minimum sum insured is EUR 2.5 million for a listed law firm (Rechtsanwaltsaktiengesellschaft).

Professional indemnity insurance
The Federal Lawyers' Act requires MÜLLER SEIDEL VOS Rechtsanwälte PartG mbB to take out professional indemnity insurance with a minimum sum insured of EUR 2.5 million for each partner. The individual lawyers employed by MÜLLER SEIDEL VOS Rechtsanwälte PartG mbB are obligated to take out professional indemnity insurance with a minimum sum insured of EUR 250,000.
